Examples of these partners include Quickup and Stripe. Please be advised that any issue that happens with a payment processor or delivery company needs to be sorted out directly with them and not with us. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • If you are a consumer, the terms of this policy, its subject matter, and its formation are governed by UAE Law. You and Us both agree that the courts of the DIFC will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If you are a business, the terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Irish law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Arbitration of DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre), The number of Arbitrators shall be 3 Arbitrators, one picked/selected by each of the contesting Parties, and the 3rd is to be elected by the selected 2 Arbitrators jointly, the language of the Arbitration Proceedings shall be English, and the Applicable Law shall be the UAE Law, the Arbitration Award shall be final and binding upon the contesting parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (including any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with any breach of this policy by you.
